The location of the hotel. Near Old centre of Sevilla. Everything in walking distance. Smooth check in...no problem to the parking space in hotel. Clean and Nice room 5th floor. A room with a view. The bar/Resto great good for good price. A special thanks to Yolanda and Vanessa (lovely people) for their outstanding service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We reached an hour early and we were given our rooms as soon as they got ready. The location is excellent and close to main attractions and amenities. The room's design is nice.
