HOUSE RULES: Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition as you find it. On the day of departure please leave the apartment in good condition. Near each apartment you will find garbage containers. Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. We care about your rest and also that of our neighbours. Please be aware of the noise throughout the day and above all, after 10 PM relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
INFORM YOU: that you have rented a tourist apartment, we are not a hotel or an apartment with services. Additional cleaning service or other extra services are available upon request.
OFFICIAL REGISTRATION OF THE RESERVE: The law in Spain obliges and requires that all guests must be registered. To formalize the reservation you must provide the official identity documents of all the adults staying in the house. This process must be completed before the date of entry in order to access the apartment.
PETS UPON REQUEST. You must always ask us before and inform us of the breed and age of your pet. Failure to inform us that you come with your pet, incurs a penalty of 300€. NO smoking in the apartment and common areas, we are a smoke-free space, so smoking is not allowed in any area or apartment in the building.
SECURITY: Make sure that the main door is always well closed. Remember to turn OFF the air conditioning / heating, when you are not in the apartment.
HELP: with the energy crisis by making sure EVERYTHING is turned off when you're not in the apt.
PROHIBITED to host people who are not registered in the reservation, parties, disturbing other guests, loud music Failure to comply with these rules can be sanctioned and will be grounds for expulsion. Tap water is drinkable. Thank you for your collaboration, if you have any questions, let us know!.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
