Excellent location, by a short drive to Sevan Town. Amazing seaside views, good facilities. Hosts are super kind and helpful, highly recommend!

It was a truly amazing stay! The hosts are incredibly kind, warm and welcoming people. They always made sure we felt comfortable. Thanks to them we’ve had a heartwarming and authentic experience. The homemade breakfast was big and delicious! I really recommend this place ❤️

Chkalovka Guest House is a place with beautiful garden, where You can spend some time. The owners are very friendly and hearty, they always asked if we need anything. Despite language barier we were able to communicate using google translator. Breakfast was delicious and large. Hosts asked us what we want to eat and prepared it on their own. We highly recommend this place to stay and hope that we will go there in the future :)

This place is a little heaven. We had such a relaxing time, chilling in the hammock under the garden’s apple trees, eating Rosane’s delicious food, having a walk around the nearby lake and sleeping very comfortably in our bedrooms. The owners are also extremely kind and welcoming. Highly recommended.
