The hosts are extremely kind and warm people. They welcome each guest as a best friend. You can spend your time in their big garden full of flowers and apple trees. You can request to eat dinner/breakfast at their place and then you get a gigantic, delicious meal with home-made bread, cheese, compote, veggies from their garden, local fish/meat etc. Roza is a great chef! In your free time you can go on a day trip with Suren. He will show you all the prettiest places around. It's a great place to stay for both short and long, to cut off from reality and just relax and enjoy your true Armenian holidays! Special thanks to the hosts, Roza and Suren, for their hospitality and unlimited kindness! We will be back! :)

The property is situated in a small village a few minute drive away from sevan. The garden is beautiful and the perfect place to take a seat, eat an apple and read something.

I stayed with Vanuhi and her family for two nights — the apartment is very spacious, clean and quiet with a nice view into the grandmother‘s garden. They went out of their way to make sure I had eberything I needed, and their breakfast is amazing! Thank you!
