I'm only repeat myself, this has been the second time for I've stayed in this superior apartment.I have spent two weeks in the Treehouse III apartment in November 2024 and one week in January 2025, I loved it very much!!!I would recommend it for everyone who wants to relax and enjoy comfort in Setubal. The location is utmost appropriate, you can reach Lisbon in an hour with public transport and the central of Setubal in 15 minutes, the island of Troia is available by ferry in 20 minutes.The neighborhood is safe, peaceful and quiet.You can have a marvelous overview on the port and the Atlantic ocean from the terrace.You can move in easily by receiving the keys from a key safe next to the apartment door.Miguel, our contact is very nice and helpful, you can contact him via phone with excellent English speaking operation.Thank you, Miguel I'm very grateful for your prompt assistance! :-)))The apartment is cozy, nicely decorated and very well equipped.Air conditioner grants comfor.In the kitchen you can find a huge fridge with freezer (with welcoming bottle of wine), cooker with oven, microwave oven with several kitchen utensils (including capsule coffee machine, saucepans, panini-baker, toaster, kettle, pots, several types of glasses\mugs and cutlery for four persons.You can eat your lunch at a wooden dining table.Washing machine, iron, ironing board are also included.The bathroom is nice and clean, towels, shampoo and shower gale is included. Hot water is always available.The living room is open up with the kitchen, including a double sofa bed, with several comfortable pillows, sheets and blankets.The terrace, opening from the living room is also well equipped with a large table, chairs and barbecue.The bedroom is separated with an authentic wooden door, including a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and window with an ocean overview.I've just arrived home tonight, back to Hungary I'm already missing Setúbal and planning to return in 2025. :-)))

I have spent two weeks in the Treehouse III apartment, I loved it very much!!! I would recommend it for everyone who wants to relax and enjoy comfort in Setubal. The location is utmost appropriate, you can reach Lisbon in an hour with public transport and the central of Setubal in 15 minutes, the island of Troia is available by ferry in 20 minutes.
