Lovely little hotel in a good location, nice walks within 10-20 minute drive. The breakfast was very good, but would of been better with hashbrowns. Evening meals were delicious and reasonably priced. Staff were all friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Very clean and functional room with a very comfy bed. We will be back.

Our room was comfortable with a large flat screen TV. Both breakfasts were very good, with ample choice and the 2 evening meals were very satisfactory, in particular the Sunday roast which I usually don't opt for. The staff were very friendly and capable as were the proprietors. The bar had a friendly vibe and the Pheasant Plucker from Bowland Brewery was just to my taste! The car park was ample and free.

The hotel is the best I've ever stayed in and we return there very often. The location is wonderful, the rooms are fantastic and the views are amazing. The staff are incredible and the food is out of this world! We've just had the three course Christmas menu and it was astounding, with plenty of choice for vegetarians - a real feat!
