Very spacious apartment in a quiet location, nice swimming pool, plenty and different types of seating outdoors by the pool. Host very helpful when asking questions and providing laundry detergent for free, so we did not have to buy a large amount for a single wash.

Carlo and his family live on the ground floor but are very discreet whilst being available if you need any assistance. We simply rang Carlo and on arrival we were warmly greeted, immediately. The house has all amenities, including a decent well maintained pool cleaned regularly and a good size- essential in the heatwave we experienced.. The pool is shared with anyone else holidaying in the other let, but more often than not you will have it all to yourselves. Air-conditioning in all rooms, one in the master bedroom probably not as effective as others. There is also a good barbecue available, beware of the mosquitoes in the patio area at night! The property is rustic with lots of charm so the price reflects this in our opinion offering excellent value for money- you haven't booked 4-star! Its a great base to enjoy your pool days or visit so many amazing beaches many in the south part of Sardinia within an hours drive from the property Sardinia is a beautiful island, the people of the island are very welcoming & friendly. We will certainly return.
