Reception staff very helpful and friendly Breakfast buffet was poor..sliced fresh watermelon was room temperature..no ice no refrigeration..no mosquito net on top..same for yoghurt..just sitting on a plate for few hours..warm, not edible..worst coffee I ever had served in a Segafredo branded cup but obviously not that brand..which is one of the top in italy..service non existent..girl just walking around but not clearing tables..on our last day no boiled eggs on buffet(the only edible item)..I asked the girl in charge about it and she said boiled eggs were only for Saturday and Sundays.. scrambled eggs and bacon not edible..just sitting for hours in a smallelectric bain marie

Perfect location. Quiet and a short walk to the beach, restaurants, main street and train station. Great for exploring the Ligurian coast. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was modest but fantastic and well presented. The rooms were really clean. We spent 6 very happy evenings enjoying the view from the balcony. We would definitely return. Our thanks to the staff for making our stay special.

Staff are wonderful at this Hotel couldn,t do enough for us only stopped the one night but they were brilliant. Hotel is walking distance into Sestri itself which was a bonus.
