The lady who checked in didn't understand English, maybe she really didn't understand, so she said rudely: I not speak English. After entering the room, one side of the electric curtain could not be opened. The whole room was very dark. There were spiders and spider webs on the wall. So I went to the front desk to see if the electric curtain could be opened and the spider webs could be cleaned. Another very friendly male staff member who could communicate in simple English helped to change the room after understanding. The new room was very good and there were no problems.

It was nice however we wanted a coffee and some breakfast and is only croasant in the morning. But they run out of croissants at 8:50 am Inside the room I could had a coffee because the filter had no filter to put the coffee in. When you are with a child you have to access to food and snacks but pffff had to run out for the shops.I had friends that stayed in different places and cheaper and they were welcomed better than we had.

The check in was super quick. My room (studio for 1) was very spacious and perfectly clean. I wouldn’t change a thing about my stay.

It was amazing! Highly recommend this place. It was friendly the staff spoke some English. They had a bar. The rooms are like mini apartments. We stayed for Disney and it was only a mile walk or 8euros by uber. They even had a balcony that you can step onto. Plus metal shutters to shut out all the light as well as thick curtains. It was also two min walk from Serris centre with shops and a mall loads of amazing places to eat. Chessy train station in a mile.

My husband and I are staying at this apartment hotel for the second time. The apartment is very clean and cozy. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay for several days. There is a kitchen and utensils for cooking. The concierge was very friendly and was happy to help with any questions. There is a clean parking for the car. The apartments are located next to the outlet. I highly recommend this place.
