The hotel is super smart, modern but still chic and feels very clean. The location is very convenient for the ski lift and shops if one needs something. Staff are helpful.

The hotel itself is fine; location is excellent, rooms are small but well appointed and the breakfast is good. However we booked two rooms a year in advance of our stay with a request that the rooms be located close to each other (the hotel doesn’t have interconnecting rooms), we were given rooms two floors apart at opposite ends of the hotel and told that that was the best they could do. As a family of five with three young children that made the stay inconvenient.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent and the bar was a lovely place to relax in the evenings. We also really enjoy the spa.

Proximity to Pontillas Ski Lift Next to the charming old village and the breakfast and dinner (half board) was excellent.

The family room was nice and comfortable. It had two TVs altough we never used them. The bathroom was very modern and excellent. No complaints there. The hotel is proper ski in- ski out, and very convenient.

All of the staff were lovely and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Axelle who was amazing at 4am on our departure day when we discovered that our transfer provider Alps2Alps never arrived and left us stranded! Axelle rang round taxi providers, brought us coffee and tried to help us, she was very supportive and we will never forget her kindness. Lovely dining room, bar/lounge and reception areas.

Bedroom was lovely with an excellent shower & toiletries Secure parking for my motorcycle Ideal location for what I needed to travel to Valloire Wifi good Staff were very helpful, friendly & professional Food was excellent - great evening menu & an amazing breakfast
