There are two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom, and a shared front door, kitchen, and garden. Everything looks exceptionally neat and clean! There's ample free parking on-site. This is ideal if you want to visit the nearby outlets and restaurants, or if you're traveling through. Paola is a sweetheart and takes excellent care of her guests

The host is super nice to us and she recommended a lot of restaurants, discounts in the outlet to us. She is always there to help us. The room is clean and our neighbours are quiet. The bathroom is spacious. The place is about 10 mins walk to the outlet if you have luggage which is very convenient!

Very nice and clean apartment, wonderful hospitality — everything was perfect! The location is great, the host is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it without any hesitation — definitely a place I would choose again! 🌟

We went to the property primarily for shopping to the searravalle outlet. The property is walking distance to the mall which is very convenient. Restaurants right behind it which is also great. Paola is an exceptional host - extremely warm with the best tips for shopping! The little snacks she gave us in our room ended up being the best assortment we had in Italy :)
