The location is great, in a walking distance to Serravalle Outlet. The room is big, beautiful and clean, you've got everything you might need in the room. I would happily stay here again!

The photos are completely accurate. The room is spacious, with large windows and a huge bathroom. There's plenty of free parking nearby. The location is perfect if you're planning on exploring the outlets! But what was most impressive was that the price includes a wonderful breakfast, which is already in the room (in the refrigerator): cold meats and cheeses, fresh juicy apples, pancakes and jams, fresh pastries, Nutella, cereal with milk, yogurts, juice, tea, coffee, and much more! We were pleasantly surprised and deliciously fed! Thank you for such exceptional service!

Very nice clean accommodation just a stone's throw from the outlet. We wanted to shop, so the location was more than perfect. The room was spacious and clean. There was a cot and a high chair for our baby in the room. Breakfast was waiting for us in the room, we got sweet, savory breakfast, coffee, tea, dairy products and fresh fruit and vegetables. In the morning we met the owner, who willingly helped us with our luggage. We are very satisfied. Thank you!

The kitchen was well equipped, the same for the rooms. Breakfast was very welcome. Downstairs is a good pizzeria. Check-in, as well as check-out is done without the participation of the staff, everything is done via messenger
