The kitchen was well equipped, the same for the rooms. Breakfast was very welcome. Downstairs is a good pizzeria. Check-in, as well as check-out is done without the participation of the staff, everything is done via messenger

Convenient location for Serravalle Outlet, location seems quite safe. Nice selection of breakfast foods included with the stay with plenty of cutlery and crockery provided (need to hand wash dishes though).

Good breakfast prepared for two mornings at the apartment! Quite area, not so far from the outlet, free parking!
