Since we were late, arriving 8pm (checkin was between 3pm-5pm), we agreed for online checking. Everything was super cool, heating was working well (we had 2 days rain out of 4, so this was realy + for us). Location is 20min walking to the city center, where are all needed facilities (shops, bar, food,...). Also driving 20min to Modena. We were there with two kids 5 and 7 years, they loved garden, Outside is also one barbeque. Appartment looks like new, comfortable bed. This could be a perfect location for biking. Sorrounded with hills, nature.

Great vintage house, renovated with taste and wuality materials, preserving the initial style and atmosphere. Signora Maria was very kind and considerate and willing to help us with info about the surroundings. We recommend La Marcona!

We loved staying at María’s house. She was incredibly attentive and accommodating. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped, the views from our room were gorgeous. We could not recommend this place more. P.S- Big tip- if you are looking for an incredible meal, go to La Fontanina, it’s pretty close to the house and their food is just stunning.
