We asked for late check out, no later than 12, and it was not available not even at a cost, which not even an option given. Not very client needs oriented

Hotel Beatriz was in a good location for exploring the old town of Serpa. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast, very nice.

Comfortable, clean room in a great location next to a beautiful church in old town. The staff were friendly and helpful and efficient.

The location of Hotel Beatriz was excellent and very close to the castle walls/old town. The Hotel was extremely clean, comfortable and tidy. Breakfast at Hotel Beatriz was very good - continental style. The bedroom was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water.
