Big and spacious. Facilities are in good condition. The property is clean and full with safety feature: CCTV.

Location are very close to a shop’s lot and town area. Easy to find. The property condition is very clean and tidy.

Location was good, very near to UTP. House cleanliness was great. Hospitalities was SUPERB. Insya Allah will come again for my next trip to Seri Iskandar.... stay at Chempaka Homestay if there is discount rate for me from Booking.com. heee...hee.....
