Personnel is mostly friendly. They did their job with enough diligence to show me their care and provided phone chargers, umbrellas and water for free. Might sound trivial, but expected less at this price point. Though my one negative interaction was when I was moving out. I asked a woman at the reception to call me a cab, checked out and then almost immediately she asked me to leave the building. Like two extra minutes of me being there would’ve crumbled the building. She was that insistent. The place is close to two subways. While its located between two stations equidistantly, it doesn’t take long to reach any of two.
