I love the hearty breakfast and the staff are really friendly! They’ll greet u whenever u enter the hotel and maintain a positive, friendly attitude when answering queries. Hotel location is pretty good u just need to get out from DDP station exit 4 the stairs literally lead you to the hotel entrance/exit. If you take the lift, just turn right and walk along the street, pass by 7-11 and there you go the hotel is right there! As a solo traveler, it was safe too since the hotel lift requires you to tap your card first before you get to press the button and they don’t allow visitors up so… Also, it’s walkable location to DDP, the famous stream, APM mall etc., and there are two convenient stores located just within a less than 2-min walk. Honestly i love the vibes so I would bring my family to stay here agn next time!

Great staff, very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was great, lots of selections, room was clean and location was great, it's right outside of the metro station.

Loved how clean the whole hotel was! Although the room was a bit too small for us to have both suitcases open at the same time, there were so many other great things: incredibly clean every day, breakfast was plentiful, communal eating was fun, the staff were wonderful and always pleasant. The subway was literally outside the door and there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Dongdaemun Design Plaza is 2 minutes away, making it a perfect place for a nightly stroll to admire this unique building. The airport bus is in front of Toyoko Inn I, one block away, making this an excellent place to stay at the end of a trip.
