Very convenient location, near 2 subway stations, near the airport bus. Water fountain available on the first floor to fill in bottles, instant coffee too. Laundry service done by the staff for 10,000₩. The bed was very comfortable too.

The staff is very polite. We liked everything. The location is great, we walked to the Genbokkun palace. There are many cafes nearby, 7-11 and CU. Let's go back to this hotel again. Everything is very clean and comfortable.

Perfect location near the palaces and Bukchon Hanok Village, quiet area, nice cafes and restaurants nearby, clean room, comfortable bed, nice staff, we could leave our luggages at the hotel before check-in, underfloor heating - great value for money

The location is amazing, you are walks away from Ikseon hanok village and very near (1 stop on tube) most of the cultural landmarks(2 palaces and jongmyo shrine is walkable). The staff, in particular Choi was very friendly and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. He is the gold standard of hospitality !
