The staff was really friendly and accommodating. We feel so grateful for their understanding and help. It really facilitated our trip! We also liked free washing mashines ! That was super convenient as well!

Easy check-in system. Great and helpful service. Beds were very comfy. The air-conditioning was a life saver in Korea's humid summer! Highly recommend for solo travellers. Free luggage storage available before and after check-in was a big plus as well!
