Location is tops!! Size of apartment is another great advantage, soundproofing was also amazing. Very comfortable- with washing machine which is very useful on longer trips. SevenEleven is right next to the hotel for late night snacks. Unfortunately, we did not have time to check out the pool etc. Staff was also helpful and nice. We had best sleep!

Love the location, right in the middle of Insadong. So close to all the trendy cafes and restaurants nearby. Also so close to many attractions within walking distances. The space of having an apartment is luxurious compared to staying in a hotel. So handy having a washing machine to wash clothes (it was hot sweaty during July) and cooking facilities for those days you don't feel like eating out.

We were upgraded to an executive suite which was really lovely. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was great (it saved us poor Scottish souls in the July heat) and it was very well equipped. The bathrooms were excellent, there was lots of space and storage and the location was perfect for us. The pool was very useful in the summer heat and the staff were very helpful and consistently nice. We will definitely stay here again. There is a 7 11 just outside, Insadong cultural street on the doorstep and walking distance to the 2 main palaces and lots of art galleries. Subway stop is very close, so it’s easy to get around from here. The hotel has a café, which we used a lot and a restaurant which we didn’t use but it looked good.
