Very spacious apartment room, nicely structured and with excellent appliances. I did not expect an apart hotel, so the ability to cook my own food was a very pleasant surprise. The bed was comfortable, and the duvet not too thick, which made it easier to sleep with minimal aircon. Nice bathroom with both bathtub and shower, which even doubled as sauna. Wide kitchen with 4 hot plates, dishwasher, very large fridge (I barely used it), and a washer-dryer. The living-dining area was also well structured, with tall glass windows, comfortable couch and armchairs, a dining table for four people, and work desk right beside the LED screen. Overall, excellent room, in a very central business location.

We booked Oakwood Premier Coex as we wanted to try living in a space with a more home-like experience compared to a hotel. From the outset, when we arrived at the accommodation, the porters were ready to give us a hand with the luggage. The check-in experience was done smoothly with everything well-explained. The two bedroom apartment we booked was spacious, we really liked the living room and kitchen area as there was plenty of space to put or luggage or shopping bags when packing. We really appreciated the daily housekeeping service as I know some serviced apartments overseas do it at extra charge or only once every few days. Dishwashing liquid, bathroom amenities like body wash and shampoo were provided. Some free tea bags and coffee were provided too. What we really enjoyed the most about Oakwood was its convenience and connections to malls via an underground walkway. Within the building itself, Oakwood offers a few restaurants, a spa and casino. A little plus point was that the ensuite bathroom had a Japanese toilet with the bidet and all the works! The air-conditioning system was really great too.

Fantastic location, connected to a large mall, department store and subway. We had a 2 bedroom suite and we had plenty of room. The furnishings are quite dated but functional. The one thing we missed was a coffee maker (like Nespresso) which seems to be a standard almost everywhere these days
