Extremely helpful staff, they helped us even when we asked for help that is outside the scope of their services. We never struggled with anything during the stay and we would definitely come back and stay at the same hotel on our next visit to Seoul.

Property was really nice, staff was friendly and location was good, rooms where good with a really nice view. Lots of restaurants and cafés near the hotel. Looking forward to stay there again!!
