Everything - services and facilities were amazing, food was exceptional, staff were so friendly and helpful, went out of their way to make the stay at Novahotel unforgettable :) just perfect!!

I actually wasn’t so keen on this hotel and felt it was expensive for what it was. We had been travelling in different 5* hotels for a month and this was definitely the worst hotel of our trip - it is 4* at best. The swimming pool situation (having to book in advance) was crazy and it meant that you couldn’t be casual with your plans, it was even overcrowded with the booking system. I didn’t particularly like the location and there’s not much around to walk to, although it is near the subway. The staff barely spoke English and were not friendly. The concierge team on the ground floor were much nicer. The bar was not good at all, overpriced, without atmosphere and we had to repeatedly ask for things. The bed/pillows were too firm for my liking. The windows let in a lot of noise.

A luxury hotel with outstanding facilities, including a pool, excellent cafe, and very comfortable and modern rooms. Walking distance from the Cathedral area, which is fabulous in the day or night, and very good links to public transport. Staff were very helpful and friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.
