Excellent location, really clean, helpful and friendly staff and close to the metro station. Good size rooms, great beds, excellent Wi-Fi and a fantastic shower. Lots of great places to eat and drink in nearby, but also really quiet and peaceful. Really enjoyed spending a week here. Also thanks for letting us check in early after our overnight flight. That made our first day so much nicer.

Great location. There was minor hiccup in the room (leaking) and the staff immediately upgraded us for the rest of the nights. Very good service recovery!

The location is FANTASTIC - right in the heart of Hongdae. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. And I got a free complimentary upgrade to a deluxe suite which was a nice touch. Loved my stay here.
