The personnel was really nice and helpful, the whole process of checking in was fast, the staff spoke perfect English and recommended tourists sites in the area. Very lovely stay :)

Fantastic hotel, l stayed here visiting wonderful Seoul for my son’s wedding. Great location and excellent facilities. I left my phone in a bar after drinks in Itowon area and the staff (big shout out to Jay) could not do enough to help me recover it. They called the bar and wrote down destination in Korean to give to taxi driver. Would highly recommend this hotel and price for the service you get is fabulous.

The location was great, but the reason why the hotel got 5 stars from us was the front desk clerk Jay. He helped us out with directions and giving us info when we were looking for directions to multiple locations and how to get to the baseball game. He was pleasant and his customer service was top notch!

Convenient locations with friendly and attentive staff. Many bus stops close by and only a short walk to Gwangjang Market.
