From the moment we checked in, both Cindy and Terri were the epitome of professionalism and warmth. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make our first visit to Seoul truly memorable. Their patience in answering our countless questions, their insightful recommendations for local dining, and their invaluable assistance with navigating the city’s transport system did not go unnoticed. On one occasion, Terri helped us secure a last-minute purchase of the KTX train to Busan, and on another, Cindy provided us with clear directions to a nearby Michelin-star restaurant.
