Location was superb, walking distance to the famous Coex Mall. My 4th time staying in this hotel, really like the room (spacious), location and friendly staff

Location, it was perfect for my travel purposes. Nice environment. Great helpful staff. Near the Subway and airport bus. It is a great value for the price. Found my perfect hotel in Seoul. One important thing is to read the prospect of the hotel located at each room. Gives a detail explanation of services provided.

Friendly and helpful staff at the desk, hotel is conveniently near a stop for an airport shuttle bus, spacious bathroom. Slippers, bathrobe and toothbrush provided in the room. A bank, cash machine, convenience stores and few lower grade but nice restaurants in close proximity.

Good location, staff friendly enough to help (but won’t go out of their way to help order food), very quite - had zero issues with it (perhaps zero guests though), plenty of towels and they are clean
