We were initially horrified by the room allocated which require whoever using the bathroom/ toilet to come out naked to dress up. Thankfully the front office / housekeeping was absolutely helpful to switch us to another room, with traditional private bathroom/toilet, during the same night. It makes our 9 days stay in the hotel very pleasant thereafter. Kudos to the service staff.

Almost everything! The location was fantastic! Steps away from the Myeondong train station. Staff are nice and respectful. Bonus point - 2 cafes nearby! The bed / pillow was so confortable!

Everything is CONVENIENT!! To shopping street, metro, airport shuttle bus. Hotel is clean and very aesthetic. Excellent service from hotel staff.
