Please note - Josun Wellness Club including fitness, pool and sauna is closed on the first Monday of every month.In accordance with the local regulations effective March 29, 2024, our hotel no longer offer complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors. Thank you for your understanding.Please note that the breakfast buffet time will be changed from 7:00~10:00 to 6:30~10:00 starting September 1st.The CONSTANS Breakfast rate will be changed from March 1, 2026.

* Exceptional customer service – attentive, engaging, and genuinely helpful * The most seamless and efficient check-in experience * Staff quick to respond to and resolve feedback * Excellent gym and pool facilities, including complimentary fitness classes * Large, spotless, well-appointed rooms with great city views * Good food quality * Some reviews raised concerns being located in the business district but it is conveniently located close to the Gangnam commercial area and an airport bus immediately adjacent

Amazing hotel with outstanding service! The staff is extremely attentive and always ready to help — they truly go above and beyond to meet every request. The level of service is exceptional and makes you feel genuinely welcome. The food in the restaurants is absolutely delicious — every meal was a real pleasure. European hotels really have something to learn from this level of hospitality! Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to come back.
