Very comfortable and clean room. The staff was really helpful and the breakfast had a variety of European and Asian food. Mostly European. Definitely recommended!

I arrived without my luggage. The hotel was kind enough to receive it from the airline and keep it for me. The front office staff, especially Hong Jae-Hyeon, were very helpful. Jay untiringly got me cabs, coordinated directions and helped me figure out small things that would have been very challenging without knowing Korean. The breakfast was pretty good. I would have liked a little better variety with the vegetarian options but it was certainly adequate. I have to add I absolutely loved the flush-console! I wish Western countries had these advanced facilities.

Hotel was located on an excellent location, only a 10 minutes walk away from Coex Mall. If you grab a taxi (which are quite affordable), you can get from the hotel to Myeongdong, for instance, in about 45 minutes. The staff was helpful and very friendly, and the restaurant was nice and had very nice food. The room and the toilete were clean.
