The lady in charge was available whenever needed but did not engage with me unless asked. She kindly did laundry for me. The cleaner was more willing to talk.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyuzen hotel. The staff made such an effort to explain all the features of the room and take care of me and I really felt at home! Water bottles in the lobby to take at your convenience, a very comfortable bed, great shower with good water pressure and a simply unbeatable location right near line 1 of the metro made this an incredible stay for me. I can’t thank the staff enough.
