The hotel has a great location—just a 3-minute walk from the South Gate of COEX Mall, giving you a really nice Gangnam area experience. The metro station is about 8 minutes away, which makes getting around convenient. The entire building is dedicated to the hotel, so it feels very safe, and the room itself was very clean. However, there were a few downsides. The hotel has a sauna, but it’s only available for men. Also, I got the impression that the staff were quite busy and not always attentive. At one point, I dropped something on the floor, and while it’s common in Korea for staff to at least offer help, the two receptionists just watched as I struggled to pick everything up, which came across as a bit rude.

Nice bedsheets, heating works well, location is good for someone wanting to walk. Nice sauna/spa area although it’s for men only.
