Location was good, and had direct access to the train station (one of the exits nearer to the Airport line so that was good!) Room service cleaned the room up very well everyday! We got the room with extra space so it was comfortable for two of us and we had sufficient space to open our luggage fully and pack comfortably. We had breakfast included but did not go for the provided breakfast as we saw the reviews and didn’t want to fight for a table.

location is perfect! I cannot suggest this hotel enough for its location. The staff is friendly and polite, available at every hour. This was our second time staying here and this time we got a room with a view and it was 10 times better than last one.

The location is incredible, not only for the subway which is a 1 minute walking but the area Hongdae is amazing and plus you have the mall in the same building.

Great location, essentially in the same building as the AK Plaza Mall. Easily accessible from Incheon Airport, either by train or by taking bus 6002, which stops at Hongik University Station. Excellent cleaning service, very helpful staff, and a good breakfast—though the variety could be improved from day to day.
