The deposit is intended to cover potential incidental charges and will be fully released at check-out if not used.

The size of the room was great. It had an adequately equipped Kitchenette, washing machine and an airer to dry our clothes. The sitting area was good too. The hotel was ideally situated to reach areas of Seoul by walking.

I had a generally good stay at this 4-star hotel in Seoul. The location is excellent, situated in a very convenient area near the market and close to a subway station. My room was modern, very clean, and bright. The staff were polite, and the overall facilities are high quality, though I believe the breakfast add-on could be more reasonably priced.

This is a really nice hotel in the middle of Seoul, and would be a fantastic base of operations for a longer trip. We stayed here for one night before going back home, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get to and from places. However, I'd like to give special mention to the staff who were very helpful when one of our travel party lost their phone. They were willing to call our driver on our behalf and helped me to easily find an ATM to get money for payment, and they made what was a rather stressful afternoon into a more calming one. Thank you to the team at Fraser Place Namdaemun!

Efficient check in and was given an early check in @ 1pm. Nice pillow & comfortable bed. Love the toilet with bidet 😀 Love the location
