We stayed here during Spring and came back again for Winter. This guesthouse is value for money. Checking in and out is a hassle-free DIY process. There is a common kitchen with heating and cooking facilities, water dispenser and washing machine. The room was so warm to come back to during winter. The owner was very friendly and ready to help when I contacted him. I needed a change to another room during my stay and he facilitated a smooth switch over. The guesthouse is well situated, within a minute's walk to the train station, which is the interchange of 3 main subway lines. A bus stop is right outside along with a few delicious food choices, an economical mini mart and a few convenience stores. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

I like how the toilet is decent size unlike the usual mini bathrooms I experienced in the past. It was close to the subway station, same side with the elevator subway if you have luggages and the bus stop, but a bit farther from the tourist spots.

The place was really nice for the price. The host was incredibly kind and helped us out on multiple occasions, which we are very thankful for. it truly made our stay in Korea much easier. The guesthouse is also in a great location, right next to a bus stop and the subway and you don't need long to get to the center of the city. Although we didn’t use them, I noticed there was a kitchen, a washing machine, and a water dispenser available as well. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place if you’re traveling on a budget!

The location is amazing! The staff was so nice, I love how quiet was the place, you can also get water whenever you want it's very accessible.
