Excellent location in Insadong close to all major attractions and a five minute walk to metro. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Super quick elevators, many hotel dining options, and convenient.

Everything. Third stay at the Amid and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Seoul. Great location - two convenience stores next door, ATM across the road, Wowpass /T money card top up machine on 1st floor. Staff are all so helpful and friendly and speak English. Close to several subway stations and bus routes. Insadong is good area with shops, cafes etc. Rooms are good size for Seoul and will equipped. Good laundry in basement and computer in business centre if want to print something etc which I needed to do on this trip.

The Hotel lays very central to everything in my opinion. A few minutes from line 1/2, which takes you directly to all the markets and places. There are two convenience store near the hotel and it’s facing a police station. The Staff were very friendly, always polite and helpful. We asked for an adapter and they gave it to us and they also kept stuff for us for one week. And at the end of the trip, they threw away our waste for us (like shoes, picture frames and umbrellas).
