The pre-stay support was exceptional, responding to our queries very promptly. While it is generally a self-service hotel, the on-site staff were very helpful, bringing us additional amenities and helping us deal with our delayed-luggage. Our Double-Queen-Single room was spacious and comfy for 3 adults and 2 kids. There's a CU convenience stall just half a min walk away.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Even recommended us a very nice cafe for breakfast. We are also grateful for his assistance in arranging the jumbo taxi. Very nice guys.
