One of my best experiences with budget accommodation. Clean, quiet, the staff is very polite, speaks English and Russian, it surprised me. They helped me bring my suitcase and leave it until check-in time. There is a two kitchen, you can wash your clothes for a small fee, free tea and coffee, the view from the roof is wonderful.

There were a lot of products (shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, toothpaste, ...) to use, which was very good and also an area with mirrors and tables for doing your makeup and a big fridge. The staff responded fast and everything in the house was labeled so you could find your ways around the apartment easily. Also the location is very good in the middle of Hongdae but still quiet at night. Curtains on the bed give privacy and there is a nicely sized common room with a kitchen and many kitchen utensils to use. Only things that weren't good was, that there was barely space for putting your clothes, the metal beds made a lot of noise and the mattress was already bending down in the middle. It didn't really bother me personally but maybe someone who needs a soft and quiet bed might not be comfortable
