It was an amazing experience! Really felt like in medieval times - so much effort and work is put into this castle, incredible. The room was comfortable and charming. Lots of arts and antique pieces. Really unforgettable!

An absolutely spectacular destination that has to be seen and experienced to be believed. Over the period of several decades, the current owner's father painstakingly restored what was originally a wreck into the most incredible property, with a wealth of astonishing features. Our host Emmanuel, who grew up here, welcomed us with a delightful, informative and entertaining tour of the castle. All the rooms are stunning but we were privileged to stay in the original owners' own bedroom which is simply magnificent, complete with a sumptuous 18th century four-poster bed. This is no ordinary b&b but a magical and unforgettable experience in its own right. It's not every day you are handed the keys of a castle and get to spend the night there in sole charge of such an astonishing building. Worth taking a trip for this alone.
