The location was nice, very quiet area and behind the house there’s a river. There is bicycles and a snooker pool provided is the highlight.

- house was very spacious, there were 4 big bedrooms with aircon and 4 queen beds + 1 sofa bed were big enough to fit a group of 9 friends, 4 bathrooms that were all in working conditions with comfortable water pressure - relatively clean enough for our standards, they provide clean towels and toothbrush set which was nice! The floors and bathrooms are clean to our expectations! - lots of facilities in the house to keep all of us entertained! Of course don’t expect top quality of the facilities but it was very good enough to keep us entertained for 3 days. We loved the billiards pool table, ping pong table, mahjong and karaoke set. There’s also a mini sauna room (can fit 4 inside) on the 3rd floor and a few bikes available that we didn’t use, lots of balcony space to suntan or play ball if you like. - our host could speak English and was very friendly and responsive on WhatsApp throughout our stay, we bothered him with many questions and requests over the weekends and he answered and fulfilled them perfectly!

Great location for friends and I while visiting Batam for a bachelor/ stag weekend. Four bedrooms had a total of 4 doubles and two single bed/futons plus a couple of sofas in the living room.
