Resort Overview

The quality of the hotel is very high. Rooms were roomy and nicely finished and the hotel has fast WiFi for Indonesia. Staff were incredibly helpful whenever we had any questions and the manager even lent me his laptop for a call. They bent over backwards to help out. Food was also of a very high standard especially dinner.

We had such a wonderful week here! The location is incredible, and the staff so attentive. We made use of the fantastic tours, visiting the three Gilis, and two temples (Mayura and Langsur) in Mataram. The spa is exceptional value, and a must if you want to enjoy various relaxing treatments. One of our favourite things was the delivery of a bedtime story and cookies - such a nice touch! We felt so looked after from start to finish, and couldn’t recommend this enough if you’re looking for a bit of luxury in stunning surroundings.
