Pool was lovely. Breakfast good selection, coffee not great. Room was great, beautiful view from 5th floor. Get a room facing the mountains not the beach as there is a nightclub across the road with loud music and they are doing construction at the hotel atm.

It was my first time in Lombok and the staff did everything to contribute to a nice experience on the island! They helped me arrange transportation to Kuta, which was very nice of them

The place was convineint and close by many shops. Opposite is the beach. Mostly locals and some tourist. Was here in Apr which is low peak season. Hence, ot was quiter with some bistro/eatries were closed. This stay prob a transit to the Gili island. Nothing much to do - just eat, spa, and the beach.

It was a big resort, the spa and gym was good. We made good use of the spa, there are 2 big pools which are lovely in the hot weather & a Starbucks inside the hotel aswell as KFC and alfamart across the road and atm.
