hotel general areas and room cleanliness ok and breakfast ok. More choices at breakfast was needed and also closing at 10.30am would have been beter than 09.30am

The member of staff was friendly and helpful on arrival. The room was clean and quiet at night.

Nice stay, nice staff and clean rooms. Rooms were relatively small (which was expected since it´s a Microtel). Nevertheless is was okay since there was sufficient space to put both our luggages. We stayed for just one night so we cannot judge to location as starting point for activities in the finger lake region but we started from here to Seneca Lake and Cayuga Lake and we can only say that the area is great.
