Right from booking the hotel performed exceptionally well. Great communication answering every question. On arrival the staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us from helping with parking directions to checking out, all was wonderful. The hotel was well designed and calming in all areas. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was amazing. Adjustable radiators meant we could adapt the room temperature to our liking. We also had a balcony. The location was very convenient for Senec as well.
