The staff was very kind and friendly, also the area was well located near the Hirose-Dori metro station and ten minutes walk to the Sendai station The opportunity to buy/lend umbrellas on rainy days was a nice service from the hotel.

there seems to be a change of mamagers since i last stayed here, a huge improvement in facility, staff service level and food

You could choose your own pillow and take different amenities (face masks, serums, hair ties etc) every day. They also had free cocktails every night so that was a big plus. The breakfast buffet and onsen were also great.
