To use the property's free shuttle, please make a reservation at time of booking. It leaves daily at 15:00 from Sendai Station's East Exit to the hotel.Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.Dinner is only available upon request.

We went for half board and the food was excellent. That was probably the highlight of our trip. Room was also very spacious and comfortable. We picked up our rental car from sendai train station and drove here within half an hr.

Extraordinary. This onsen made our trip to Japan. Staff were gorgeous and helpful and the rooms were stunning. The onsen itself was glorious, clean, well equipped and beautiful.

Everything!! The staff were absolutely fantastic! So helpful, kind and went above and beyond for us. The onsen was incredible, the facilities and the atmosphere were amazing! Wish I could rate it higher.
