Our 3rd stay in this Hotel. Outstanding is the Spa on 17th floor, the Onsen and the "Relaxation Lounge" with a free beer and free softdrinks/ice cream. We came by car this time, used the Hotel's integrated car park. It was possible to get the car in and out at any time during the day, multiple times, at no additional costs (daily rate 1,500.-)

The location of the hotel is truly ideal and very convenient. I liked the bright lighting in the room, and the bed was relatively comfortable. Considering it's in the city center, the size of the bathroom was also satisfactory.

Onsen, hit spa was excellent. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast, hot springs are excellent: for usage time window; cleanliness. Staffs, though speak little English, are very polite and responsive.
