Friendly staff. Breakfast provided but downstairs already have the meals you need plus another old style coffee shop across the street. Just a few blocks away from jetty to get your fresh seafood from various famous restaurants.

Staff are friendly, room & toilet are spacious and clean. Area is quite at night. Close to bus station to Tawau, near atm.
