The accommodation is located just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Semmering. The ski slope can be reached in 1 minute by car or about 5 minutes on foot. There is a bakery directly opposite the property, and a restaurant just 1 minute away. Breakfast is available upon request and is freshly prepared every morning by the host. The room is clean and has a small terrace with a direct view of the Semmering Hirschenkogel ski slope. The accommodation is dog-friendly. Parking is available on the street free of charge. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. The host is very kind, and communication was easy. An information letter was sent in advance, and everything went smoothly on site as well.

Excellently situated for some amazing walks and with great food nearby. The owner was easygoing and the room was nice and cozy. Sitting on the balcony watching the mist over the town was worth the trip. I only stayed for a single day but I intend to return to Semmering some time in ski season and will definitely keep an eye on this place when I do.

Perfectly nestled on a quiet street in Semmering with stunning views out over the mountain, we found it an easy 5 minute walk to the lift station complex with hire shops, a supermarket and cash machine amongst the facilities. As an extra bonus, there is a bakery right across the street serving delicious fresh local breads and pastries every morning. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and comfy beds, the kids loved the cute loft room accessed via its own spiral staircase! With a good oven, hob, fridge and even a dishwasher, it was easy to prepare meals and clean up afterwards. Our host was welcoming, relaxed, very easy to communicate with and shared lots of useful tips for how to make the most of our stay.
