The location is perfect: you can easily grab an affordable breakfast in the next building, find several great restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and reach a supermarket in just 2 minutes. Ski rental and ski lifts are also only a 5-minute walk away. The room was recently renovated and has everything you need for a one-week stay — and possibly even longer.

We were extremely satisfied with everything. The apartment has a beautiful view of the ski slope, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and as a family with two children we had plenty of space and felt very comfortable. The apartment was warm, cozy, and spotless. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We had a wonderful time and would happily return again in the future.

Probably, the best option to stay in Semmering if you come for skiing. 2 minutes from grocery store, 3 mins from ski school, and 4 minutes from the entrance to the ski resort and ski equipment rental area. A plenty of cafes/restaurants around. The apartments are extremely new, clean, and warm.
