The staff met us when we arrived and thoroughly explained the villa to us. Each morning the lovely lady comes to your villa and cooks your breakfast which was always wonderful with fresh fruit. The outside area is a great size with immaculate gardens, a beautiful pool and gazebo seated area. All rooms had their own outside jungle bathroom and TVs. The living area was great for the kids with the TV having all the streaming services. The kitchen was well equipped and always stocked with fresh drinking water. Soleil answers all your questions and even arranged transport.

From the moment of booking until the moment we checked out, we were looked after. Communication was fast, quick and easy with staff pulling out all of the stops for my nieces 18th birthday. The breakfasts were THE BEST quality breakfasts I have had over all my years in Bali. The quality of the eggs and bacon were delicious and cooked with lovely by the staff. Everyone was so accommodating - I had booked a flower bouquet delivery for my niece which was running late and the staff stepped up with 5 minutes notice to collect and pay on our behalf. Having the chrome cast with all logins available on the TV was such a great help for when we had our lazy days, not to mention the tv and air cons in all of the rooms. Each room and bathroom had so much space and privacy. Thank you very much for making my nieces 18th birthday celebration at your lovely villa the best trip, I cannot recommend Villa Sitara more.
